Sagra dei Osei (Bird Fair in Cisano – 8th September) “from past to present”

In the museum, which was opened to testimony the importance of this event, there could not have been a small reconstruction of the fair in past times.

A video in Italian, English and German illustrates this long, evolutionary journey, rich in historical and cultural aspects, putting in evidence the social-economic reasons which determined the establishment of this fair which still continues today. This fair was an important moment for the farmers of the shires of the Veneto, Lombardy and Trent Regions to meet, socialize and exchange goods. Documented testimony found in the ecclesiastic and civic library archives of the events that took place during the 1800s/1900s in the Veneto Region.
